1. Eligibility:

Affiliate partners must be women-owned businesses or businesses that primarily serve a female audience.
All affiliate partnerships are subject to approval by Opportunities 2 Serve.

2. Commission Structure:

Affiliates will be advertised to members of our Small Group Mastermind series.
If a mastermind member expresses interest in an affiliate's product or service, they can fill out an interest form. Opportunities 2 Serve will then connect the member with the affiliate as a referral.
Affiliate partners will have the option to either pay a flat fee or offer a percentage-based commission to Opportunities 2 Serve on any sales generated through referrals. The specific terms, including the amount or percentage, will be discussed and agreed upon individually.

3. Discounts and Offers:

Affiliate partners agree to offer exclusive discounts on their products or services to members of our Small Group Mastermind series. The details of these discounts will be determined by the affiliate.

Feature in Monthly Newsletters: Highlight your business and offerings in our exclusive monthly newsletters sent to all mastermind members.
Spotlight in Virtual Events: Opportunity to be featured as a guest speaker or presenter during our virtual events, gaining direct exposure to our audience.

5. Exclusive Affiliate Incentives: As a valued affiliate partner, you will receive additional incentives:

25% Off One Mastermind Group Each Year: Enjoy an annual discount on any one mastermind group of your choosing.
Priority Access to New Programs: Be the first to know about and join any new programs or events launched by Opportunities 2 Serve.
Dedicated Affiliate Manager: Get direct access to a dedicated affiliate manager who will assist you in optimizing your partnership and ensuring smooth communication.
Co-Branded Content and Event Opportunities: Affiliates can propose opportunities for co-branded content and events, such as masterminds, blog posts, webinars, podcasts, and more, to further increase your brand exposure.

6. Agreement Process:

Once terms are discussed, a formal agreement will be created to solidify the partnership.
All agreements will outline the specific terms, commission structure, and benefits to ensure a mutually beneficial relationship.

7. Ongoing Support and Communication:

Affiliates will receive regular updates on new opportunities, events, and ways to enhance their partnership.
Opportunities 2 Serve will provide continuous support to help affiliates maximize their involvement and success within the mastermind community.

8. Termination:

Either party may terminate the affiliate partnership with written notice. Any outstanding commissions due will be paid according to the agreed-upon terms.
